We booked a room with a great bath, a king-size bed for 5 nights, and the location was very central, near Shake Shack.

Looks nice & new.
It looks nicer than it is. Many things in our room didn't work/were broken - the safe, the lamp, the shelf in the shower, the toilet paper holder... There's no floor length mirror to see what you look like before you leave. They charged me $100 more than I booked the hotel for. I think they need to better inspect the rooms before they're deemed "Ready".

The location is convenient, gorgeous lobby and room.
Hotel newly opened and did not ready welcome one's guests - many fitments did not work. Hotel is right over subway line, very noisy- it cannot sleep at night. Staff is not yet well trained, did not know the simple question. There is no safe in the room (was broken). It was impossible to make a copy of document and receive fax at the reception. I am sorry, I would not recommend this hotel

Fairly good location for sightseeing. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room size was good compared to our previous experience in ny, we had a studio with two queen size corner room, can't vouch for others. Everything was in good condition as the hotel is fairly new and still has a few teething problems which staff were very willing to attend to.
As we had a corner room with windows to both sides of a busy junction there was quite a bit of noise, perhaps double or triple glazing would have helped. But as we were in ny we did not expect not to hear the noise of the city...even the subway noise did not prevent us from sleeping. Unfortunately the hotel does not have any dining or bar facilities but there are plenty of both within a stones throw. All in all I would certainly stay there again.

The rooms here are super clean, although one of them is missing a tub since it got burned two years ago. But hey, the window view is just lovely! 🌆 the staff are really friendly too. This place is right in the middle of all the cool stuff to do in town.

The hotel has some of the modern amenities you would see in a luxury hotel like the 3 shower faucets, television on the mirror in the bathroom, electric curtains, and the electronic do not disturb and housecleaning service signs outside the door.
Housecleaning didn't come daily as requested; tissue box, toiletries not stocked up when empty; dust all over the cabinets. On our last day, house keeping kept knocking at the door at 1130 when the checkout time is at noon. Rude and very impolite housekeeping manager (short lady with eyeglasses), she never smiled or say 'good morning'. I would not recommend this boutique hotel.

Special hotel, staff were excellent and rooms were cozy. Its location just a short walk away from a long-standing department store was favourable. What's more, it was just off the restaurant close to the lobby/reception, subway and midtown attractions and metro stations.
